Needs to sell! Price reduced. There is not a nicer Discovery on the road. The engine was replaced 4,000 miles ago. The block came out of a 1999 Range Rover. The 1999 Range Rover blocks are bulletproof in comparison to the engines that were in the 2001-2004 Discovery. If you know much about discovery motors then you know most need the heads replaced at about 150,000 miles. When this one needed to be done the block had warped. British 4X4 did all the work and replaced everything. The engine that was put in had 70,000 miles on it and when it was put in we put on new heads. All of the seals have been replaced throughout. The radiator was replaced at the same time. The tires have less than 4,000 miles on them with a matching spare.

2001 Discoveries did not have factory lockers but this one has a 2004 discovery transfer case so it does have the diff lock. The interior knobs were also replaced so it all looks factory. Both front and rear drivelines have been replaced with oversized drivelines also done by British 4X4. It has a Rovertime front bumper and rock sliders on the side. It is equipped with a Warn 12000 lb. winch. The rack is a Sahara rack, which is the company that Land Rover contracted to make their factory racks. The bumper, sliders, and rack are all recently redone with no rust. They were painted professionally and no have no rust. There are seven Hella lights with Land Rover factory switches inside. There is also a rear lamp over the back gate. The lift is an OME 2\" lift. This vehicle is like new from top to bottom

The interior in this car is perfect. The front seats have canvas seat covers made by a South African company and are extremely durable. The interior looks brand new. It is the SE7 so it seats seven people with the jump seats in the back.

This thing is my baby and I have done everything as if I would never sell it. I never planned to sell but I need a truck for work and have to let it go to make that happen. This Discovery will not disappoint. Call or text me if you want to make me an offer, take a look or have any questions. $11,000 OBO is what I am asking. There are over $10,000 in upgrades not including the engine swap. Come take a look!

Interesting, what is the differences in the blocks? I always thought the RR and Disco blocks were the same???
