I just realized i dont have any pictures of wiring. Ill take some in the next few days now that i have a life back (restaurant closed sunday) I used close to 450 feet of wire with 4 extra ones for future fun stuff that i ran through the frame as well. Like i said i was racing to finish so pictures are not as good as they had been throughout the build.

After 10 total months, roughly 5,000 hours of labor, and a countless amount of help from folks on this board she is ready for the journey home.
Still a lot of little things to take care of but its time in Kentucky has ended.

With no time to sit back and drool i had to pack it full of all the crap i now realize i have and load it on the trailer.

    Looks great!
    10 months & 5,000 hours of labor = 16 hours a day average.
I thought I was crazy at 1,000 hours over 18 months.

I rented the heavy duty auto transport from Uhaul. Heavy being the key word there.

Took this picture with my cell somwhere on I-80 in PA as the gas station employees were shouting for everyone to get inside to the showers because a monster tornado was on its way. No way was i going to stay there and have a gas station fall on my baby. The storm was west of me moving 30 mph, i was going east at 60mph. I booked it out of there as soon as i fueled up.

20 hours of nothing but fuel stops and coffee I made it to the ferry.

    Reunited again...

That is crazy, dont know what i was thinking this morning. All day for 10 or 11 months over 2 winters. However many hours that is...

And you were not kidding about all those sanding hours!

I love the sand color, and large bfg's. Curious though, why the no key entry?

    cedryck,
keyless for a few reasons. didn't feel like moving it to another spot from right side of dash. Passenger knees would always smash the key and it has broken a few times. The main reason for no key, i think its fun flipping switches and pressing buttons to start her.

My never ending project saw some milestones this past weekend. Installed the PU cab and some new door seals. Also bit the bullet and purchased RM door tops and installed them. They are great, so much better than my old ones.

Now to figure out why it is stuck in 4x4 all the time...
