    Uh, I sorta like the molded speaker spots, but, cup holders in a series? Yeah, they may hold the cup in place, but it's contents may well be on the floor.

    That'd be pretty cool. Are you planning to make several sets or just one for you to use? If you're just making the one, I wouldn't bother making a mold--that lower dash is just perfectly shaped for using moldless fiberglass composite construction techniques and you'll be done in a few days instead of weeks.

    Head unit and speakers? You must be making a petrol lower dash as those features would go to waste on a diesel version.
