    yea, that is what I thought.

    Driving a "grey market" car seems like a huge risk. is it not?

    Ehh to each their own. If you have the money, go for it. I for one, can not afford a $40k car, only to have it confiscated if anything went wrong.I believe this car would be legal in Canada, though I'm not positive.

    People use this term incorrectly all to often. Grey market by definition has nothing to do with legality of the vehicle. It simply means a vehicle intended for and sold originally in a foreign market such as the U.K. (home market) then imported to another market such as USA. Grey market has nothing to do with a questionable or "shady" origin.
