yeah... wow, what a bunch of jerks. Remember, on the internet even the biggest lowlife can come off and pretend he's a king and even the nicest guy can come off as a total jerk. So take what you just witnessed with a grain of salt, forget it, and move on.

Nice final post BTW, and please please don't post back. You'll only be feeding the trolls.

Amazing help they are over there. Do they have nothing better to do? I'm with Revtor on not feeding the trolls, let them argue amongst themselves.

Meh..I don't post over there very often either. If you want some good advice other than what you get here Ebben, try http://www.series2club.info/forum/index.php They are very supportive and active. I go by Bioheat on that board. Good people here and good people there, that's all you need. Between the two sites you'll do fine. I like it on both RoversNorth, and Series 2 club, you will too.

I wasn't saying that you didn't, I spend a great deal of time on both forums, it's a matter of perspective. On this forum, I get a very American view of what being a Land Rover owner is about, which is good as most of us here are Americans, including myself. But I enjoy the Series 2 club forum as well because the way the folks in the UK approach Land Rover ownership is unique and different. The nice part about Series 2 club over landyzone, is that they're much friendlier. That was the only reason I suggested that you check them out as well as here.

    Jump into http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/NZLANDROVEROwners/ too

There are a lot of Series II's and IIA's over here. The people on the list tend to be very experienced in the repair and maintenance of their motors.

Also, http://www.aulro.com/ where there is a large and very active forum.

PS There are trolls everywhere. We learn to ignore them.
