    Default Disco II headliner

    Looking for some thoughts and ideas about headliner without having to pay 1500 to replace at dealer. Anyone doe this recently and willing to post up some success pictures. Thanks

    There are several threads on fixing it on LandRoverForums. You should ask over there. Mainly removing it and spraying it down with 3m adhesive.

    Remove it and paint with a complimentary color. Cheap and easy. Hardest part is removing the old adhesive with adhesive remover and a stiff wire brush...

    I looked into replacing it myself but ended up using a local upholster. They matched the color very close with a cost of $350. The fabric had to be ordered due to the size required but only took a week.

    That's not bad, what did they use to adhere it to the plastic(or whatever material it is)?

    I watched them use a spray on adhesive. The headliner itself is just a cardboard type material.
