    Default Non start

So, last Thursday my 1997 5 Speed Discovery failed to start. I tried the usual, lock and lock with the plip to reset the alarm (this worked for one start, then the vehicle out 3 times on the way to work). I thought all was well, then Friday morning again a no start again.
After pondering the possibilities, I started checking the peripherals and this is what I found :-

One of the terminals on the fuel pump relay had corroded off !! The amazing thing (to me at least) was that I made it home with the feed line arcing and still making contact! The Rover gods were with me that day !

Seems the Rover gods are more powerful than VT winter salt gods!

What made you think it was a fuel issue ,Les. No fuel line pressure?
Anyway good call and thanks for sharing.
