Thread: Rovers North Rock Sliders

    I have called and emailed pics. They said they would look into it and call me back, but still haven't heard anything. I ended up making some plates similar to the picture that mark posted. The sliders are pretty darn solid primarily from the outrigger mounting points. These tabs seem somewhat secondary, so I am satisfied with the fix.

    The current Rock Sliders RN offers are built for the Series III 88" or 109".
    There is, as seen here, a variance between the Series IIa and Series III centre mount.
    As this is not a main support, the main mounts are at the bulkhead and mid outrigger points.
    It would easy enough to fab. a flat plate as shown above, if it is felt that this support is needed.

    Just a suggestion...Perhaps RN should have the plate lengthened and the second hole added so it will accomodate SIIa and SIII. That way everyone is happy!
