WTB: My First Series Rover 5k budget

I'm looking to pick up my first series rover, I'd like to have a 5k max budget if that's at all possible.

I would like it to run and drive and be in somewhat decent cosmetic shape, obviously it's not going to be mint. The closer to NC the better, Thanks!

You should be able to find a runner/driver for that figure. You'll probably have some driver maintenance to learn. This forum is a valuable resource, many people have trodden the path you are contemplating and have become much more learned from the experience.
