    Default 03 Discovery heater problem

The blower in my discovery stopped working and would come on periodically. I thought the resistor went bad so I got a used replacement. When changing I noticed the multi plug for the blower motor was burned. When disconnecting and reconnecting I was getting sparks. I have been looking for a replacement harness but can't find anything on the web. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

You could use a generic male/female multi-plug and splice it in, being sure to match the wires to the right location. Or, use a few Scotch-Loc male/female auto-spade crimp on connectors, not as neat but will work. Both items should be available from the local auto parts store.
