Default Looking for a jack crank rod (see picture)

    All:

See the picture below. I'm looking for the long rod in the middle. Square fitting at the Jack end of the rod and loop for the wooden tee handle at the other end. I have the Jack and wooden handle. Tried Ike, no luck. Anyone have one of these they are looking to sell? Ideas on where to find?

    Thanks for any help!

Well, I'm afraid I can't help you with either request to purchase or find, but now I know that that thing is. I've spent my entire time inside the engine compartment and only came across the rod while rearranging some of the mess in the back of mine. I'm sure I didn't come across the wooden handle for mine. I'll keep my eye out though.

Oh for the days when you could still order that stuff from our hosts! I admit being old enough....

Hmm.... Pretty good chance I might have one in the other garage. Since I don't have a Shelly jack I'd let it go super cheap if your interested. Where are you?? I'll look for it tomorrow either way.

An interesting thought occurred to me in the middle of the night. If you aren't able to find one, you may be able to find a local blacksmith that could make a reasonable facsimile.

Have you checked with Ike at Pangolin? He's had these in the not-too-distant-past.
