    Default torque setting help

    I have replaced the following

    Leaf Springs rear from RN
    New Bushing for the front Leaf Spring from RN
    New Motor Mounts from RN
    New transfer case mount from RN
    All new hardware


    U-bolts set to 60
    shackels 90


    Need help on

    Motor mounts
    Transfer case mount
    Bracket to Transfer case mount Pulled one nut apart at 60 pounds (old hardware)

    The mounts (engine and transmission) use lock washers and nyloc nuts, so those don't get torqued to a specific value. Just use German torque on these.

    The brackets for the transfer case mounts use locking tabs under the bolts where they attach to the transfer case, so again, no torque values there either. You can use German torque here too or, if you're really obsessing about this particular triviality, you can just go with standard torque settings for the particular size and grade of fastener:
