Turn signal on positive earth

I am trying to wire my turn signals on my landy 1962. I am stuck with the tex magna-lite and the flasher.
My lights are wired positive earth but my magna-lite is negative earth so is the flasher.
i will need help.

Why not swap the whole vehicle to Negative Earth :-

The flasher works regardless of polarity.
