Exactly what the title says. I have a '72 Series 3 XMOD from the UK (presumably used in the Falklands but that doesn't really pertain to the question). Anyways I figured it would be much easier to find a Defender donor rather than a Series 3 donor. In the event that I find that, what are some popular swaps?

Swap what? The only parts that cross pollinate are the front seats, doors and maybe the drop tailgate. Do you mean that you want to put defender engines and transmissions in your S3? If so you'll have to modify your S3 fairly extensively.

I don't see your location, but I suspect that we don't live in the same country, as 90'1/110's seem to fetch their weight in platinum, whereas a SIII only fetches it's weight in gold around here.

Either way, as Bill says, there's not a whole lot of crossover parts.
