    Default Series badge/mfg plates

I have badge plates for my series IIAs that say Solihill/Warwickshire and badge plates that say Birmingham. Any idea when mfg was done at one as opposed the other? Were Series mfg at both at the same time? Anyone know the history on this?

They are on a 1962 IIA 109 ex-military. I will try and snap some photos this weekend.
