Finally after weeks of checking the mail they are finally here. Now when they ask " Is that a Defender? " I'll say "Read my license plate"
I just have to make a metal lic.plate frame that will read, 1972 Series 3

1972 NAS Series 88 SW
I need one that says "its a land rover, not a Heep!" But i dont think it will work on a licensplate. I keep getting the Heep wave, only been asked once if its a Defender.
Maybe: ntajeep
First but gone: 91 3 door Disco "White Rhino"
77 Series III 88 ex MoD "Shongololo"
Gone and I miss her: 97 D1 5 speed
04 DII
08 D3 (LR3)
I just came from an IH Scout national ralley held in Springfield, OH. I saw a cool bumper sticker on a Scout that read " NO, IT'S NOT A JEEP, Jeep is a registered trademark of Daimler Chrysler"
I also need to find one of these stickers cause I also get stuff like,,,Cool Toyota Landrover,,,,WOW, a WWll jeep,,,,or worse.......Neat, a real Hummer

Nice plate - that might be another key part of the Rover fun - naming and plating you Landy!
And explaining what it's "not"
I had one of the town selectmen ask me if I would drive my VINTAGE JEEP in the Labor Day Parade... He said, "It would bring back memories for all of the WWII vets..."

You could ask if there are any vets from the 'Malaysian Insurection' that need memories brought back....
I ran into that this week! Someone wanted to use a Series III in a WW2 display!
I need a plate that says "Not going to Africa".
