    Default Transfer case dumping oil

Driving home earlier this week I pulled away from a light and noticed a new scraping noise, pulled over and checked underneath and noticed more oil than usual. After stopping at a store there was a puddle under the transfer case but I couldn't see where it was coming from. When I pulled away it almost felt like the truck was in 4 Low or had the brake on...
Anyway, limped it home, checked the next day and oil is still dripping out from the transmission brake housing behind the transfer case and from sitting for 2 days there is a big puddle under the truck.
Any ideas, before I grab wrenches, as to what might be leaking ?

My guess is that you lost the rear output seal and that the transfer oil has contaminated the E brake linings enough to cause them to swell and grab.
