    Yes, our rear chassis cross members are a great part for DIY restoration.

    Default Build 88 Frame

    I built an 88 frame in 1983 for my 1970. It took a long time but was worth it. The frame is still in good condition. If you can weld yourself it is a great challenge and fun but if you have to pay a welder then I suspect you would be better off to buy one.

    Can you share any pictures?

    If you can't, can you spend a few minutes describing the fab process you used to make it? It sounds like an interesting pursuit.

    Here is a frame build idea. Granted this is for a '32 ford which is way more complicated (curvey) than a rover frame, but it gives you an idea on how to do it.
