    Default LHD Series 3 109 Carawagon sold

    I am selling my 1976 left hand drive Series 3 109. This is a great Rover that just won its class in the recent All British Field Meet in Portland but I am looking for a 109 wagon that the whole family can fit in. The frame and body are in very good condition and it its engine is strong.
    The RJ Searle Company was commissioned by British Military to build 40 of these Carawagons to use as mobile field command posts using 12volt GS land rovers as the base. It is a great Rover to take camping as the Carawagon's lifting roof gives over 6'of height in the back and a side bench that pulls out to a bed. On the opposite side of the rear section is a storage cabinet with a small sink at the end of it. I am asking $15,000 and am open to trades with a 109 5 door as well
