Tow Bar Help Please

I have a Blue Ox tow bar on my RV that I used to tow my Jeep with . I need what Blue Ox calls a base plate that attaches to my 2004 Disco LR SE7 and connects to the tow bar on my Motor Home . Blue Ox only makes a 2003 version for the Disco and won't tell me if the 03 version will or will not fit.
Here are my questions and I appreciate any advice you can give me.
Has anyone put an 03 Blue Ox base plate on an 04 Disco?
Is there another company that I can buy a whole new tow system from including the tow Bar and Base plate from that fits an 04 Disco?

I don't know anything about Blue Ox tow bars.

However, the NAS '04 Discovery front end, fascia, bumpers and brackets are identical.
