    Default Mechanic Referral Neeeded CT Mystic area

    Can anyone recommend a good Rover Mechanic to check out a possible purchase for me in the Mystic CT area?

    I need a mechanic who can go to buyer's house/business and give the truck a thorough going over. It is a bit far for me to travel so I need someone who will really take a close look at the serious potential issues and give me a complete picture of truck so I can make a purchase decision. It is a Defender 90.

    Also what should I be directing Mechanic to really spend his time on? All I know how to do is order a carfax report and call a mechanic.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I will also post this in the CT section.

    Default I'm in mystic!!

    I live in mystic and could check out the truck for basic issues like rust, build quality etc. But, I have never owned a defender or any other coiler so I could not give a real in depth check over as good as some one like a mechanic could. I would call Kevin-CT ^^^
