    Default IPF Headlight Wiring Harness

Has anyone installed the IPF headlight wiring harness? I think its part# MOO2. The idea being you can run your lights directly off the battery taking the load off your headlight switch, the heavy duty wires allow higher currents and you can run higher wattage bulbs.

I have IPF lenses with Hella +50% H4 bulbs now. About to install IPF wiring harness and IPF 4X41 fatty bulbs that are said to deliver ~195w low beams.

If you've used the IPF wiring harness on your RRC, what did you think of the results? Where did you mount the relay block under the hood? A picture of the mounting location would be helpful.

Never used this harness, but I have built my own with a relay and some 12 gauge wire and it works great. I have done it 2 ways, one with the fog light switch as the activator, and the other is with a separate switch mounted on the dash.
