    Default New Proline distributor

I'm installing a new Proline distributor with the lucas ignition module on the side, but my 1995 Discovery should already have an ignition module seperate from the distributor.

The instructions call for me to add wires directly to the + and - on the coil so my question is:

Can I use the factory wires and possibly run it through two ignition amplifiers or just follow the instructions and run new wires to the coil?

    Thanks,

    Chris Lehn

You can't use two amplifiers. Take the one off the side of the distributor, and connect the original harness into the pick-up module connector.
