Default BAD STARTING 3.0 DIESEL BMW ENGINE

2003 MODEL.has any one come across bad starting from hot or cold, it will start but you must , crank for over a minute, yes is the fuel runing back, change fuel filter and check connections, looks like fuel in plastic line, no bubbles , i think poss weak fuel pump, because if you jump it and the engin spins fast it will start ok, untill you leave it for 4+ hrs, some times its a pig only after 5 mins?

the other pain is the viscoss fan sounds like it a plain, so replace it still the same, then it was ok for a hr, are there flaps or switch that open and close air vents on or off ??

I had this problem for a while. After few weeks it complidly failed to start.
It was a fuel injection nozzel wich had to bee changed.
To find wich, loosen the return pipe from the nozzel - one at a time - turn the starter, and the one wich not give oil is the bad one.
    Hope you can use tis.

    Default RANGE ROVER BAD STARTING

Still have problem , but we have notice that there is no feed to the diesel injectors and this stops the injectors opening and will not start , as soon as you get a slight voltage and out test lamp starts to flash she will burst into life, so lets have a list of sensors or parts that operates this ecu ????
