    Default NW Kenya sighting

Already in safe hands at the Lodwar Lodge in NW Kenya but thought folks would like to see this very clean II (?IIA) with a sweet Royal East African AA badge on the grill.

Found this one recently - haven't found the owner yet, but looks like a good parts rig for my '63!

Nice, being from that part of the country, the frame should still be decent too.

parts rig? from this side it looks like a relatively straight and rust free 88, wouldnt take much to get it going...unless the interior is ripped apart and the other side is destroyed..

Other side front fender is complete bondo, but that would be an easy replacement. Frame is rusty, so it must have originated elsewhere. Interior is trashed since the windows are broken out. I didn't pop the hood and peek, but the clutch and brake pedals are laying in the front seat, so I'm assuming its a wreck under there...

Some must die for others to live.

Great eye! That would be the one thing I would buy this rig for too!

I just recently bought this rover a few weeks ago. I can't believe how much this rover has been posted to all the land rover forums. I am in the process of getting it running and deciding what to do with it. I may switch some parts out with my current 1966 88, but not sure yet. Probably clean it up and get it running and get some decent tires on it, and get my father in law to powdercoat original wheels back to original finish.
