    Hybrid,

How did you remove the door skins? This is something I have to do in the near future.

I guess you are making a soft top 5 door or else you would have not cut the tops off your unobtanium middle doors. If those are the ones with the drain holes...oh the horror...

I went to the bother of removing all the frames from the bonnet and rear doors. My galvy run will be after I get the bulkhead done. Baltimore Galvanizing. You can send me your door frames and I will include them if you wish. I have literally a ton of stuff.

You gently pry up the bent over flap all the way around. My go-to tool is a flat pry bar.

Ha... don't worry, the middle doors aren't the originals off of my 109, they are actually early 110 doors. '83 and '84 110 middle doors had removable, all aluminum door tops and both pieces of glass slide... similar to the D90 soft top front doors.

Thanks for the offer to go in on your next galvy run, but I think shipping costs back and forth will kill me.

btw, if you are looking for some original 109 middle doors with the drain holes, I think Ike had some in that NOS parts container that he recently picked up.

Thanks for the tip. Did you apply it with a roller or a brush or both?

Used both Jim. The roller for the large open areas and a brush to get in to the corners and tight spots.

Derek and I had a good time this morning Even got to drive his new Ambulance.
I have been lurking on the RN Forum for a few years now and finally bit the bullet. I will be asking alot of noob questions in the future.

I painted the interior of my 109 keswick green. The outside comes next.
