I need an upper as well, haven't had any luck with finding a vendor that has one. If you stumble across a place that has one, let me know(after you get the one that you need). Thanks.

I have had good results recovering the upper dashpad. I first trim off the edges of any cracks and fill any deep cuts with spray foam (a friend uses bondo). I then attach a thin layer of batting to the dash top with with spray glue. I stretch black vinyl over the pad and glue the edges in place with spray glue or contact cement.

The front edge has half moon shaped clips that hold the original vinyl cover in place, and these can be removed and used to secure the new vinyl.
