    Default Ground up build

Thinking....currently in the middle of several landy projects....suffering from hindsight now. What I wish I had done (now that I see how these things work) is this:

Buy a new galvanized 110 frame and an older used disco. Swap axles, suspension, and drivetrain from disco. Install new Defender or rebuild series buulkhead, fenders, windshield frame, hood, and doors. Cut roof down for small extended cab and build custom aluminum truck bed.

Not having a enough Series body panels to work with, I'm working on buying a "Defender bodyshell" and bringing it in.
