I just pull and replaced the original starter motor from my SIII. The original motor works....9 out of 10 times. I got tired of turning the key, hearing only a click and crawling under the truck to lovingly "tap" the starter with a wood block (after which it fired up normally). I was too lazy to rehab it myself. Though I understand it isn't too difficult. Easier to throw in a new fangled starter. The purists will be horrified by my sloth.
