Thread: Early Series IIA 88" interior plaque placement

Default Early Series IIA 88" interior plaque placement

This is obviously an aesthetic question, not a technical question but has anyone seen a diagram for the proper placement of interior dash located plaques for early IIA trucks. I know it depends on a number of things and I've scoured a lot pictures, original brochures, etc and think I've got it down but wanted to check if there was something out there I haven't seen which clearly shows the placement. I bought and am putting back together an abandoned project were parts were in a box and some parts made it and some parts didn't so if anyone knows of a good source for plaques that would be great too. I have found some on ebay. Fortunately I do have the VIN plaque.

Truck is a civilian 1963 Series IIA 88" LHD built for export

    Thanks

In the event someone has a question I'll apologize up front that I'm away from my computer and phone for long stretches at a time so it may take me a while to respond.

Look on the flat part of the bulkhead for the old screw holes. That'll tell you where the plate goes. There is only the one plate.
