I have seen that truck. Pretty sure it goes by Timshel and has been haunting the winter romp in Unity Maine.
I suspect that 90wt isn't the only aroma that this beast gives off!
Odd, my son-in-law showed me a pic of the same truck last night except with Ziggy Marley standing in front of it. News story said that Ziggy was going to restore it.
Definitely need to keep a fire extinguisher near-by if he's doing it!

Hope they dont paint it! There are stories in that patina. to paint Marleys rover is akin to polishing a record. If they need something shiny do another 109. SIII 109's are pretty easy to come by. I hope the people doing the restoration realize this. Thanks for the link Les.

Lot's of places to stash in an old wagon like thatMarley’s Land Rover has proven to be very popular with both visitors and museum staff alike. In fact, the museum’s general manager, Jacqueline Lynch-Stewart, called the SUV’s removal “very traumatic” for employees.
Off to see the vehicle in person next week, pix to follow.
I hope they maintain the character of the 109" !
