Changing dash lights

In my 2005 Range Rover HSE I have 2 lightbulbs on the dash board which are broken. (One behind the mileage and one behind the temp.) I tried to lift the top of the dash after removing the 8 torx screws but no dice. How do I get to these lamps. The dealer told me it will cost $190.00 + tax to replace the lights.Thank you for your help.

Look in the RAVE, very detailed procedure, as I am getting ready to do the same bulb replacement.
