2nd: The "Heater" knob from a Kodiak Mk3 heater...

Ike has been a wonderful resource. Unfortunately he doesn't have any Kodiak heater knobs (when last I checked) and his NOS handles are a tad rich for my blood. I was hoping to find a pair of used door pulls instead.

I suppose I'll just have to canvas forums and prowl eBay...

I have a set of early Defender handles (very similar to the series pulls) available, but won't be home to send you pics until Thursday. PM me if interested............

I'm not familiar with the early Defender-type door pull & would love to see a picture of the ones that you have available.
Also, if they are mounted similarly, can you give me the distance between the mounting holes (center to center)?
