Spin on Oil Filter Question

I am going to install a spin on oil filter kit and was wondering if it supposed to come with a gasket. Thanks

There's supposed to be one, but whether the spin on adpter folks supply it may be anther story. Mine from rocky mountian came with one. When I rebuilt my motor I made one out of cork
