About to button up the dash. I have tested all of the switches and have the patterns sussed out, and can make them do what I want, but I was wondering if anyone knows how the pinouts are supposed to work.
I have 2 of the 1,4,6,7,8 switches (set up a this point for the headlights and heater) and 2 of the 1,2,4,6,7,8 switches (panel/dome and wiper).
Also, regarding the turn-signal stalk horn switch, my understanding is that the brown wire on the stalk harness brings power in and the brown/black wire goes out to the horn. I've tested the circuit out to the horn and it works fine, but the switch itself isn't firing the horn. The mechanism is hidden inside the stalk works so I can't see what's happening. Anyone have any experience with the stalk horn switch and how it works, how it's wired and what faults might occur?
