One shot Grease and 00 grease??

Is 00 grease the same as One shot? 00 says that it is a lithium complex semifluid grease....but wondering if its the same stuff.

The only thing I know about it is that a bunch of the Ford muscle car guys use it regularly in steering boxes. Beyond that, I can't help. You might start searching some of the Ford boards for info. Post what you find.
