Bonnet Mounted Spare

Does anyone have a spare tire mounting plate for the hood? Preferably series II? I need one before the national rally so my 86" can be complete!

I tried my hardest to find one at MAR - didn't realize they were so rare until I called up our hosts. Surprised someone like Ike hasn't made an after market version (hint, hint!)
