Central Locking - Door Actuators
Hi,
The shop working on my '93 LWB has replaced the bad Right Front door lock actuator, and has confirmed that the Left Front is working properly. The rears both make a clicking noise when the key is turned. Now they tell me that the rear tail gate does not have an actuator, at all. Will the absence of a rear actuator prevent the system from working at all? Are all of the actuators in a series? Can the missing rear, if it does have an effect, be jumped somehow? If anyone has experience trouble shooting this system, I would love to hear from you. Thanks, Bren.
