Hello folks!

I'm asking this as a general question, not just rover related. Can someone tell me about MMO? What about Techron, are they similar? I've also got an 2001 Chevy Silverado that's getting up there in mileage (150,000), would it like some of either?

I use Seafoam in my gas every 20 tanks or so

MMO is upper cylinder lubricant, Techron is a fuel system cleaner.

search BITOG for info on MMO etc:

For me, the seafoam stuff works best as the initial cleaner/ (engine and fuel tank), MMO is a maintainance additive. also Lucas has a fuel cleaner additive. Seafoam also has a transmission cleaner that I have used in my volvo and S III...(AW 55-50 trannies REALLY BLOW and nobody wants to work on the POS...)

I think Tim Smith has some posts on his success with MMO and reaching Landy Val Halla
