    fitting a new driver door

    any suggestions?

I threw it on there.. seems ok.. closes a lot better than the old one..
    but not exact..
some of the lines dont mesh..
through the old door top back on just to take a peek and it was WAY off...

So do I need to assemble to door before fitting, or is fitment of the lower door more important..?

just looking for tips and tricks

The adjustments I've made are with the hinge bolts. Loosen them tweak the door to where you want it and the retighten. The top to bottom can be adjusted a little by loosening the two attachment bolts and tweaking that location also.
    I sent you a PM

One additional thought. Make sure your striker is adjusted correctly, such that it positions the door correctly.
