No,
But I find that if my drum e-brake doesn't have oil in it, it works quite nicely.61 II 109" Pickup (Restomod, 350 small block, TR4050)

Along those lines....
Yeah, I think that a disc-brake would do better than a drum, but as JP said, for a parking brake, do you really need a disc brake? Seems like a lot of cost towards something that's not really broken....
