Early Series IIA Choke Cable...posted in wrong forum..will correct.

My Series IIA choke cable is missing the business end (i.e., the handle used to pull it out). I can't seem to find a replacement for either the handle or the entire cable from any of the part houses. Anyone have any ideas? Can I use a newer cable / switch assembly?
