Rubber bumper on sill panel?

There is a round, rubber bumper held on by a screw, located almost at mid-door in my long sill panels. What are they for? I can't find them on the RN site, anyone know where I can pick up some new ones?

Never mind. Just found them. They're bumpers for the side-steps. My truck don't have the steps so I didn't connect the two.
