Series IIa 2.5L - Oil Change - Best oil to use?

About to change the oil in the Rover and wondered what everyone was using for oil? I'm in the south (wilmington, NC) so its always warm here...coldest it gets in the winter is high 50's during the day....high 30s at night. Summer is hot.

See my sig for my current setup....higher lift cam/headwork/etc.

Recommendations?
