Hello all,
Had an inquiry this weekend from someone wanting to buy my old SII shin burner heater that is complete except the motor (figure I can get a generic one to fit rather easily).
If he doesn't buy it, I started thinking about installing it in my SIII as a supplemental heater for the cold Colorado winters! The original SIII heater seems to work pretty well, but more heat might be a plus during the season.
Has anyone done this? I assume it would mount on the bulkhead behind the gear lever, and probably need the coolant hoses plumbed through it with another switch on the dash?
Cheers,
Julian
