1.) Hardlines into the master brake cylinder...are these Metric or SAE? I'm guessing Metric.

2.) What size are the lines?

3.) I need to re-flare the ends of the lines for the dual master brake cylinder (they keep leaking out of the center of the fitting...line is not mating flush). Any idea if its a single or double flare?

What master cylinder are you using? Later (1980-ish) MCs are metric, but earlier ones are imperial. Check the threads with a metric or SAE fine thread bolt to find out.

Thanks! My MC is would apply to a mid-80's D90 w/ Disc Fronts and Drum Rears.

Last Question: Anyone know what style flare would be required on the end of the brake line? Single or Double flare?

Neither. They are metric bubble flare. Make sure that you have the correct fittings to go with the bubble flares. NAPA had some fittings that were fairly close to my originals, but I ended up re-using my originals just to be sure.
Here is a picture that I took of one of my orignal MC line flares and the new metric bubble flare that I did. I borrowed a very expensive hydraulic flare tool from a friend, and it worked great.
