My top is nowhere near new, but still serviceable. Does anyone have experience with the dressing our hosts sell? I think there are a few more years left in the top and I'd like to extend it if I could.

I don't know what RN is selling but I have used Canvak in the past, it works well. I buy it locally- usually $25 a gallon. -
Canvak
I used canvak too- the only downside is that is smells terrible for a long time.
I would like to know if there is anything else that works as well but doesn't stink as much.1968 Land Rover "Park Ranger" camper **SOLD**

Some people have used Thompson's WaterSeal and reported good results- I have not used it and don't know what it smells like though.Comment

I've used Thompsons Water Seal before. It is pretty stinky for a while though.1966 IIa - ex-MOD, ex-FFR, ex-24v

Sno-seal is very greasy, IMO. I thought that the Canvak smell wasn't that bad, or long lasting, either. I plan to use it again this year.Comment
