Front crank seal 99 D! 4.0

So my front crank seal is leaking pretty badly. Once the part gets here it'll be replaced.
Is there anything else I should be looking at while I"m in there? I'm not interested in doing the job twice if something else can be replaced while I'm at it.

Depending on the mileage... You may want to replace the timing chain and gears. No special tools required. It's easier to replace the seal with the front cover off. Therefore... complete front gasket set.
How old is the water pump? The fan clutch?...
