I am in awe of this, talk about patience and superb skill.
Makes all the full scale builds pale in comparison, as far as detail etc. goes !

my question is....does it run? There was another guy that built the exact scale model of an old Ferarri race care and it ran...everything worked like full scale. Insane.

I barely have the patience for 1:1 scale. I don't know how these guys do it. In the case of the functional Ferrari, I wonder if somewhere along the way he wished he'd done it full scale.

idk... its cool but...

speding all that time and you don't even get to drive it AND its not RHD!

id rather restore on at full scale and get some sort of tangible reward from it.
