Normally, I'd post this sort of thing to the LRO mailing list, but it appears to be down right now.

So here's the deal. I picked up 109 a couple years ago for an awesome price. That's my gain.

I have been collecting parts to rebuild a 109 donor vehicle. That's your gain.

I have no real use for most of this stuff, which has just been sitting in my workshop. I'll let most of this stuff go for next to nothing, because by mid October, whatever's left will go to the metal recyclers.

I have 2 complete engines, a Series 3 and a Series IIa transmission. 2 transfer boxes, 2 differentials, a useable (but in need of cosmetic work) Series IIa dashpanel (including the instrument clusters and wiper motor).

There are 2 seatboxes, bumpers, bench seats for an 88, a complete IIa 88 inch tub, with original lights. A series 3 bonnet, a series IIa bonnet, right and left front half axles clear out to the brake drums.

There is an early Series IIa turn indicator switch

A couple of steering boxes, Series 3 door bottoms.

Here's a link to some pictures of the stuff:

I'm located in Northern Baltimore County, Maryland--a quick stopover for those thinking of heading to MAR from the Northeast:)

Nope. Tailgate went with my 88 :)

Due to the EXTREME limitations to the messaging system on the RN boards, items will go to the first "I'll take it"

(Only 50 messages received and sent).

So far:

IIa breakfast and grill is gone
IIa 88" rear tub is gone

Do you have a good cylinder head? I need one for my 65 IIa

badger

Not a separate head. 2 complete engines, which haven't been taken yet.

If you decide to separate let me know... Also, do either of the hoods have the spare tire hardware?

The Series 3 bonnet is standard with spare tire mount (ie not dished, no rounded front lip). The Series 2 is a standard bonnet without spare tire mount.

As they say, "No good deed goes unpunished".

This was supposed to be a way for people to get good condition used parts/NLA parts for very cheap prices. Essentially a last stop before the metal recyclers for these parts.

This thing has become a huge headache for me. Rather than feeling good about helping the LR community, an EXTREMELY few people have made this an aggravation, robbing free time from my farm and family.

At an ACTUAL financial loss to me (ie I ended up spending more out of pocket than I got from the original deal), the last person who sent in payment for items no longer has ANYTHING to complain about.

All PMs have been deleted. After MAR, anything left is getting hauled off. I WILL NOT SHIP. NOTHING IS HELD UNTIL IT'S PAID FOR. IF YOU WANT IT COME AND GET IT. EVERYTHING IS AS IS.

I'm not freakin' ebay and the amount of money I make from selling this stuff is minimally more than the recycling payment for steel and aluminum.

So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish.

Attempting to resurrect this thread...Badger, sorry to hear your efforts turned into a headache. By chance do you have anything left for sale or did it all go to junk?
